This national non-profit’s goal was to strengthen it’s brand presence to get more people taking its free character strength test, then keep them coming back for personal development content as well as paid upgrades that help support the institute’s research efforts. 

As a team of five independents, we established a formal brand guidelines, including a refreshed visual identity, tone of voice and brand personas. Next we completed a revamped, search optimized website and year-long social and email campaign that boosted brand awareness and product launches, including a new book.
